KEYS TO RELAXATION

  1. Clear your mind; close your eyes.
  2. Slow, deep breaths; in through the nose, out through the mouth.
  3. Feel your muscles begin to let go with every breath out, allow your body to become heavy.
  4. Think only of feeling good and be aware of your own body.

  • Deep, Slow Massage techniques to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system for relaxation and calming.
     
  • Aromatherapy to encourage psychological and physical well-being.
